Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity.
"3-5 working days" Majority of orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 5 days to Island Residents and to the UK.
"International Orders" Majority of orders placed before midnight is dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 14 days.
All post will be sent via Royal Mail and transferred to your local delivery companies.
All items will be on recorded delivery and may need a signature upon arrival.
"BFPO" - This type of delivery is for Armed Forces ONLY and cannot be used for civilian or business deliveries.

All shipping costs are weight depending.
The shipping costs for larger items such as Kayaks, Bikes and liquids will be sent via special couriers and you will be contacted for additional shipping fees.
How to pay for additional fees?
Additional fees can either be paid through PayPal which we would recommend, or you can talk to our sales team and pay via phone.
Please Note our sales team will not ask your for personal information such as your Date Of Birth or NI Number.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery* is available on orders placed before 1pm Friday in most areas.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered on the Monday.
Next day delivery* is only available if there is a courier in your area, and the items ordered are in stock.
When the courier service is not available in your area, we will arrange for an alternative carrier to deliver your goods, this will not be next day delivery*.
At the time of placing your order, you will be given full information about your delivery options.
Exceptions apply
Certain exclusions may apply from next day delivery for instance:
Rural Areas, where there is no courier available.
Digital photos and photo gifts.
Gift cards.
High value items and larger items such as Kayaks as in most instances they are delivered by specialist carriers.
Items on a delay will be delivered as soon as they become available.
Some items may be sent from multiple store locations and therefore some of your order may not be available for next day delivery. However, you will not incur any additional delivery charges as a result of this
.
Next Day delivery is not available during our Sale period or Bank Holidays.
Our delivery charge for most orders is £3.99*
This Excludes kayaks, paddles, bouyancy aids and selective liquids.

When you place an order, you will be notified of estimated dispatch and delivery dates for your order, based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
In busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch however we endevour to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been made online, it goes through our picking, packing, labelling and dispatching processes. After these processes have been completed, most goods (excluding small or very large items) will be shipped by courier on a next day service.
The order will be delivered during office hours and may require a signature. Orders to more remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis but all valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.
We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances, if the order is to be delivered to a remote area as signified above, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
If the item is returned to us due to a missed delivery/collection then we will refund the cost of the items not including the delivery cost.

Returns
If you receive your order and it is not what you are expecting, it isn't a problem - you can return it back to us within 28 days of receiving the goods for a refund, including the delivery charge if you return it within 7 days.
Internet Returns
We offer 2 easy options for returning your purchases;
Return your goods to any Outdoors Ramsey store. Please bring your Delivery Note with you as proof of purchase.
Post the items back to our address below, inclosing a copy of the delivery note. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns as we offer free delivery over £80 as standard. Therefore, returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost.

Store Returns
We offer a 28 day return period in store for items purchased in store- where your item can be returned with a receipt for an exchange or a store credit. Simply head to the tills- and dont forget to bring the card you paid with.
Items bought on the web can also be returned to a store for a store credit or an exchange, as long as you have your delivery note for proof of postage. (see below)
The following items cannot be returned on the basis that they are unwanted or unsuitable: Goods which
have been used
are soiled
have an odour eg smoke
have been damaged as a result of misuse
are not in a clean and dry condition
If the fault is not obvious, we may need to return the goods to the supplier for testing. We normally expect a response from the supplier within 4 weeks. The following products usually need to be examined by the supplier:
electrical or gas appliances
tents
walking boots
